Terms and Conditions for Azerbaijan Travel Co.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour, service, or trip with Azerbaijan Travel Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Azerbaijan Travel Co. Non-refundable airfare/hotel bookings must be paid upfront, with a 50% deposit required for other services at the time of booking. 

3. Payment Terms

The remaining payment balance is due 10 days prior to the trip start date, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email. We accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal, and direct bank/wire transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation penalties up to 50% may apply and vary depending on the date of cancellation. With the exception of non-refundable airfare and hotel bookings, all ground transportation and tour services are 80% refundable if requested at least 10 business days before the start of the trip, unless a fully refundable/reschedulable airfare or hotel booking has been purchased. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your confirmation email.

5. Itinerary Changes

Azerbaijan Travel Co. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Liability

Azerbaijan Travel Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Azerbaijan Travel Co. regarding your booking and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Amendments

Azerbaijan Travel Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
